All
of the prices listed above require 3-5 business days to
process. We do offer rush services for an additional
fee (See prices above). For a 24 hour turnaround,
all projects must be submitted by 3:00 PM (GMT+8) on
weekdays and 12:00 PM (GMT+8) on weekends/holidays. The
turnaround time is dependent on the size of the project.
Larger projects will require a longer period of time to
complete.
We
accept the following forms of payment: Paypal, Money
Order, cross cheque and Maybank2u.com.
Paypal
payments should be sent to info@studiotypist.com.
A 4% surcharge will be assessed to Paypal payments.
There will be a service charge of $25.00 for any
returned cheques.

Resume
payments are due prior to the commencement of services.
For individuals, projects require a 50% deposit.
The remainder of the balance is due upon completion
of the project. For companies, an invoice will be
submitted with the completed work. Payment is due
within 14 days from the date of the invoice.
A
monthly late fee will be assessed to any overdue invoices.
These fees are listed below:

Late Fee -- 90 Days Overdue
For
clients with on-going business, we offer several retainer
plans.

hours per month: 5% discount off of hourly rate
- 40
hours per month: 10% discount off of hourly rate
- 60
hours per month: 15% discount off of hourly rate
Monthly
retainer payments will be invoiced two weeks prior to the
end of the month and are due and payable prior to the
first of each month of service. Unused retainer
hours are non-refundable. Retainer plans require a
minimum two month contract.
Services
that charge an hourly rate require a minimum of two hours.
Services are billed in 1/2 hour increments. Services
that charge by page count require a minimum of 10 typed
pages.
We
provide a variety of services including typing services, thesis
for college/university students, resume services,
manuscript typing, screenplay formatting and typing,
etc...
